Problem with saving visio drawing to jpeg,bmp formats

hi everybody here,

are somebody here using visio 2000 with jpeg/bmp saving filters? i can save
any drawing to *.wmf file, and then convert it to bmp using irfanview, but i
got bored if i try to save in bmp/jpeg, i'm getting error message "there
is no such filter installed" or smth like that.
so, any ideas, where i can find these filters, o somebody maybe have some?

I suspect you have to reinstall the product.

i tried it. didn't help.
i supose, that i must have installed special filters for saving visio
drawings to raster formats.
