Problem with Search

Hello,

OneNote 2007, sp 2, WinXP sp 3

OneNote has been putting up a dialog about installing Windows Search. When
I try to install it -- 3.0 or 4.0 -- it fails. A note in the log says my
user account doesn't have permission to modify Windows, but my user account
is an admin account...

Any ideas on what is going wrong, and how to fix it?
