Problem with 'Send on Behalf' using outlook 2003

I want serveral users to be able to use the send on behalf feature included
in outlook 2003. I don't want the recipient to see the 'Sent on Behalf of'
in the from field of the received email. How do I set that up so it won't
display?

Have them log onto the mailbox directly and then send.

account will be deleted without reading.
