problem with shortcuts for contacts under shortcuts for calendars.

We are using Outlook 2003 and have a user in our office that uses the
shortcuts for other calendars, and shortcuts for other contacts quite
frequently. Somehow they got a shortcut to another users contacts under their
shortcuts for other calendars and we can not seem to remove it from that
area. And if it is clicked on it will mess up Outlook pretty good. Any
suggestions on how to remove this contact shortcut from under the other
calendars shortcut in Outlook 2003. The one thing we have not tried yet is to
remove the profile and recreate it again.
