Problem with small print area

Hi, I have a problem when I print some messages (but, not all messages).
When I print some messages, I get extra wide margins on my page and only a
small printed area in the middle of my paper - the left and right side have
about 2.5 inches of margin space each and the top and bottom have 3 inches
each. I have checked my margin settings on my page setup and my printer
preferences. I do not know what to do next. Some messages do print on the
full page and have no problems. I am using XP pro and Office 2003 Outlook.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
