Problem with SQL Command

[Word Problem]

Every time I open a word doc this comes up "Opening this document will run
the following SQL Command: Select*from MrgFile.txt
How do I get rid of it

You shouldn't be getting this message unless you're opening a mail merge
main document. But see "Opening This Will Run the Following SQL Command"
