I have a form and subform that implements a subdatasheet view (expand and
collapse).
On the main Form, it is based on a query so I an combined all the same
projects together, and sum all of the manlevel of effort for each months (12
months).
I used a query to group the projects together and the sum to sum up the
manpower for each months.
I have a subform which has projects and employee and then its manpower for
12 months. When I expanded the view on the form, the subform expands and
shows the employee and the 12 months. I am able to fill out the employee
name with a fiew examples. As soon as I collapse the subform, the data
doesn't show up, but is on the table.
I can I get the expanded view of the form to show all of the records for a
given project???
Your help is deeply appreciated!
Thanks,
Gary
