Problem with Subform wizard

Hi,

I'm having this really weird problem with designing a form.
When I click on the "subform" button and the subform
wizard comes up, I do not get all the tables and queries
in the selection list as I'm supposed to. If I click on
the button for "Use existing forms", I get a list of the
forms. But, if I click on the "Use existing Tables or
Queries", I still get the list of existing forms in the
list.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, and how to correct this.
Any help or pointers will be appreciated.
