Problem with Switchboard

I created a switchboard. After creating the switchboard i
the switchboard manager I went into the form switchboard
to design how it will look. When I specify on the
Property Options - Tab Event - on open to maximize, the
switchboard buttons do not funcion any more, except for
the close application button wich closes the file.
