Problem with synchronisation OneNote 2007 to Pocket(WM5)

I have instaled OneNote 2007 and ActiveSync 4.5.
Separatly all works fine.
But
in ON 2007 option "install OneNOte Mobile" is inactive,
in AS 4.5 option to synchronie with OneNote is inactive too.
Why?
Any suggestions?
