Problem with table style

Hi everybody

I'm using Word 2002 (XP) SP2. I defined a style (type: Table; based on
Table Normal style). Everything worked just fine except the definitions for
font type (Arial) and font size (9pt). In the preview the text is shown in
Times New Roman (can't say anything about the size), no matter what font
type or font size I select. In the document the text is shown as Arial
11pt. Arial 11pt is the setting of the paragraph style Normal. Style
normal has Automatic Update switched off.
What's the problem ?
