Hello!
I have a problem with the conversion of Word 2003 ("dot") templates
into the "dotx"-format (Word 2007). The format of Characters and
Strings in the converting (for Example: fontsizes in tables, frames,
but also in simple paragraph) are not correctly transferred.
In our case, very many (more than thousands) of different templates
must be converted, so I have written a Word-Macro to do the conversion
of all Templates’ by using the VBA-implemented [Document].Convert-
function – as proposed by Microsoft.
Striking is, that very often the last Blank (before a paragraph mark)
in a paragraph is incorrectly formatted.
Unfortunately we cannot use Office 2010; we must do the Conversion
with Office 2007.
Maybe someone knows the problem and can help me.
Thank you!
