Problem with Text Import Wizard

After I applying the latest update release SP3, I am no longer able to
reformat fields within the test wizard. The wizard is stuck on the first
field and will not move, no matter what field I move to. Rolling SP3 back, I
am unable to link to SQL, Sybase or Oracle tables. I am hoping to find a way
that I do not have to choose the lesser of the two evils. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

This is a known issue for ACCESS 2002 SP3. This issue is described in

There is a Hotfix available from Microsoft Technical Support for this
problem. Description of the Access 2002 post-Service Pack 3 hotfix package:

There also is a HotFix for ACCESS 2003 for similar issue.

Do you have a link to download this hotfix?

I've searched for it to no avail.

I've gone to the MS support site and E-mailed a request for it but got no
answer.

You must call Product Support Services to get the hotfix. It's not available
for download directly; they must provide it to you.

There is no charge from MS for this.
