Problem with the appointment forms in Outlook 2002

Hi i have had this problem recently where a lot of the users here hav
the 'show time as' field in their appointment form default to Free. A
you know this should default to 'busy'. I cant seem to figure out ho
to change the default for this field so that it shows 'busy' instea
of 'free' as the default. We are using Outlook 2002

I really need this issue resolved, its just driving me insane. An
help and advice will be appreciated. Thank
