Problem with the immediate window

My immediate window has started to behave like a code window, it is
opening full screen in the right hand pane. It now has a minimize/
maximize button and wont stay anchored to the bottom of the window.
The Project, Properties and Watch windows are unaffected and have a
single cross in the top right corner. I would like to revert to the
immediate and watch windows being tiled on the bottom but this is now
impossible to achieve.

We had a user here (Office 11) the other week where this happened - a
slip of his mouse, I assume.

To get the pane arrangement back to normal was a big hit-and-miss affair
with dragging windows by their title bar. It finally worked when I
dragged the pane in question by its title bar a bit further than the
intended docking place. So, if your Immediate window pane is now docked
to the top right corner, drag it by its title bar BELOW the bottom edge
of the window; when the rubber band changes shape to a horizontal
rectangle, release the mouse.

If you don't have a title bar on top of the pane, right-click somewhere
in it and tick Dockable. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply Michael. I found another post which recommended
deleting the Dock key in the registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
\Microsoft\VBA\6.0\Common which worked a treat.
