Problem with the print preview of a form

Hi

I am using Access 2003

I have a continuous form that I want to print.

When I click the print preview button a huge windows open, larger than
the computer screen and wider also. This window is not center too much
to the right and too much to the bottom I have to move the window to
the left to see maximize button; then I need to maximize and click
with the mouse to be able to have the same view that I had with
access 2000 and to be able to scroll through pages. because page
numbering is hidden at the bottom of the computer screen.
I didn,t have this problem when I was using Access 2000

Is there a code that I can put on a button for the print preview ?

When the user click the button he should be able to see the entire
page that will be printed right away . something that would maximise
the print preview window.

Thanks for helping

Forms aren't intended to be printed: that's what reports are for.

Fortunately, it's easy to convert a form to a report. Right-click on the
form in the database window, and choose Save As Report.
