Problem with Time and Billing Template - Access 2003

G

Greg Dunn

I created an app using the Time & Billing template, but when I click the
[Preview Invoice] button on the [Client] form, there are #Name? symbols in
the [Total Hours], [Total Hourly Billings], and [Total Expenses] textboxes,
and an #Error symbol in the Amount Due textbox.

I found other references to this error using Google Groups, and the person
asking about it eventually indicated that one of the other participants in
the dialog had helped him find a solution, which had something to do with
macro security settings. Unfortunately, neither person indicated what the
solution was.

Apparently the Time & Billing template is old Access 2000 code.

Help appreciated! I'd actually like to use the thing.
