Problem with "Top and Bottom" and "In line with Text" option

Hi

I can see image when I select "Top and Bottom" option for image i inserted.
But cannot see image if I select "In line with Text" option. Instead I see
on placeholder box. I am using Word 2007.

Help will be appreciated.
