Problem with trial Outlook 2007 with Office Pro 2007

I have a brand new laptop with Vista on it. I don't have Outlook 2003 or
Acrobat Pro. However, althouh Outlook worked for the first few days, it just
crashes every time I open it now. The only other software that I have added
to this laptop is OpenOffice and Skype. Can anyone offer any suggestions as
to why the program just won't load anymore. I've barely had the trial a week.
