Problem with user id

Hi all,

I've created a form and submitted to sharepoint form library, and i've
associated this form to a workflow made by SPD.

When i look in form library the column "created by " is associated to
Administrator account but i've logged in with another account.

is this a bug or a mistake of mine ? I need ot use the information about the
user has been launch the workflow to send email.
