Problem with VBA help

Hello everybody

I have recently updated to Office 2000 Service Pack 3 from Office 2000
Service Pack 1. But there is problem in VBA help now after updating. The
problem is that Contents tab is ok, but i cannot type in Answer Wizard and
Index tab. When i
move the mouse to the editing box of them the mouse pointer is converted to
double headed arrow and it is not possible to type.
Again i uninstalled office 2000 and reinstalled office 2000 Service Pack 1,
there is still same program which was not there before upgrading with
Service Pack 3. Indeed, i found that even without upgrading to Service Pack 3
this time, there was office 2000 Service Pack 3 already upgraded. So what is
wrong here?

Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks in advance.
