Problem with VLOOKUP and Data Types

I have two cells with the same number in them. Both of the Cells are formated
as General. I was having problems with a VLOOKUP using these as the lookup.
They both returned N/A So I checked the values of both cells using a ISTEXT()
function. One cell returns True and one cell returns FALSE, but the values
are the same?

Anyone got any ideas or has had this happen before?
