problem with warning 'newer version of visio'

hi,
I am using Visio 2003 SP2. when i try to open a visio file that was created
using different language (korean) then i get warning:
'This drawing contains shapes created with a newer version of this
software...'
i can open the visio but in all text in custom properties cannot be read.
