Problem with Weather.com script

I am trying to insert the weather.com magnet on my site......I have pasted the following code in to my html editor:

The problem is that I cannot get the magnet to appear on my site....instead, I am simply getting a re-hash of the code I pasted in.....

What gives????? Any help would be most appreciated

paste it into notepad and then into frontpage, who knows why ???
