Problem with Windows 98/Frontpage 2000

I can successfully publish to a website that I developed for a customer
using Windows XP and Frontpage 2000. My customer uses Windows 98 and
Frontpage but cannot access the website. He gets an error message
stating that the site is not Frontpage enabled. I have verified that the
site is indeed Frontpage enabled, and obviously it is since I can
connect using my XP machine.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Which version of FrontPage does your customer use? And what Operating
system is the server?
FrontPage 98 cannot connect to a Unix server running FP2002 extensions.

The customer also uses FP 2000. I'll have to check with my host to see
what os they use
Thanks.
