Problem with Windows Installer related to Office 2003 and 2007

I installed Office 2007, Outlook, Groove, Visio, Project, One Note and Office
Share Point Designer 2007 without unistalling Office 2003. I also downloaded
Explorer 7.0. My Power Point 2007 would not open a presentation saved on 2007
so I downloaded a software from Microsoft to open the presentation on Power
Point 2003. I was able to see the presentation in Power Point 2003. After
that everything went wrong. Office 2007 would not work giving me memory
error. I unistalled Office 2003 and the software for Power Point 2003. After
this mess, everytime I open Explorer 7.0 or Office 2007 I get the Windows
Installer screen and it take forever for Explorer or Office to open. PLEASE
HELP how to make the Windows Installer go away? I have also tried unistalling
and installing Office 2007 and Explorer again and it did not fix the problem.
