Problem with Word 2003

While closing Word 2003, it pops up with an error message

Run-Time error '91'

Object Variable or With block variable not set Yet + Word
2003

Press "End" ..

Please advice me on..

Installed Office 2003 Prof
Operating System Win 2k SP3
Internet Explorer SP1
All Security Updates installed.
Office 2003 Updates has been installed.
