I applied for a job and they sent me an e-mail with an attachment that
contained a Word doc (application) to fill out and return. When I open this
document the following happens:
A dialogue box opens with the following: "A table in this document has
become corrupted. To recover the contents of the table: select the table and
choose
Convert Table To Text from the table menu". I select O.K. But in just a
few seconds, before I have the chance to do anything I receive another
dialogue box
telling me that MS Word has encountered a problem and do I want to send an
error report to MS. Either one that I select closes Word!
More Info:
-I've tried the above many times.
-This file was sent from a large corp.
-I ran my virus software and (prior to that) reloaded Win xp (I was also
having a
mouse problem that seems to have been fixed).
Please advise.
