First off, I will say that I know almost nothing about Office 2007 and such,
only enough to type my stories.
Now, I'm not sure if this is from declining an update as was mentioned after
some diasgnostics thingy or not. Everything except the Print, Open File, and
the Office Button are grayed out, and I can't type anything whatsoever on it.
It's kind of annoying me, because the solution that Micosoft offered wasn't
possible. They told me to go to 'Word Options' after clicking the Office
Button, and then to 'Trust Center'. I can't get to it - it won't let me
access it.
There was more, but I can't even get that far. I'm not sure if I clicked
something when I wasn't paying attention, or closed out an update. I don't
know. Would someone please help, but explain simply (for I have no clue what
the heck half of the crap on it means)?
This is probably something so stupid and mindless, I'm going to laugh at
myself for it. But, if it is a common problem with many easy answers, please
break my ignorance to me gently. I just want to type my freaking stories.
Thanks!
