I tried the first idea with no luck with the paste values. the common repetition that does not import is that the new rows would import less each time a set of 8 rows were added. eg i add 8 rows and only import 3. tommorow i add 8 rows and only imort 1. now it does not import any for a couple days and replaces the import values with blanks.
