Problems accessing a database

I have a user that is tring to access an access database
on the network using citrix. When she opens the DB she
gets an error that says:

Microsoft access cannot open this file.

This file is located outside your intranet or on an
untrusted site. Microsoft access will not open the file
due to potential security problems.

I don't get the error when opening the file from a desktop.
