Problems after converting Access 2003 to Access 2007

Having converted my database to Access 2007 I find that there are a couple of
problems with it. When I click on Switchboard Manager I get a message
telling me that no switchboard can be found, although it does exist (it
appears when the database opens). Also, one of the switchboard buttons I
have set to call up all existing records now only calls up a blank form (it
was working fine before).

Can anyone help, please? I am fairly new to Access so need clear and simple
instructions!
