Problems after installing Project Server 2002 on Windows 2003

When the installation process ends (succesfully), I tried
to save and publish a project from Project Professional,
but I get the next error:
[Unexpected server response. Microsoft Project Server has
returned an unexpected response. click "View"botton to
view the server response as an error page in your browser]
If I press the View Botton, the next error is displayed:
You are not authorized to view this page

[You do not have permission to view this directory or
page, due to the access control lis (ACL) that is
configured for this resource on the Web Server.
HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to
an ACL set on the requested resource.]

I've installed:
Windows 2003 Standard
SQL Enterprise + SP3
Analysis Server + SP3
Office XP + SP2
STS
Project Server + Hotfix
Project Professional

I can view Projects from Project Web Access, but the
error is showed when I tried to publish any project.

Any help coul be appreciated.

There are a bunch of steps you need to take to configure IIS for Project
Server 2002 on a Windows Server 2003 machine. Did you do all of these?
Disable Enhanced Security? Allow ISAPI filters and turn on asp pages? To
name a few.
