Problems between Outlook 2000 and 2003

Whenever I create an appointment and invite attendees
using Outlook 2003, it generates an e-mail that can't be
read by people running Outlook 2000 (includes e-mail
headers, and code that confuses users). Has anyone run
into this? Does anyone know a how to fix it?

I found the fix in another posting citing problems
between Outlook2000 and 2002. Easy, unchecked the
Reminder box in any meetings/appintments, invited
attendees and it is now working perfectly!
