Problems configuring Outlook 2003

I am trying to configure Outlook 2003 w/ POP3 mailbioxes. I've gone to mail
(under control panel) and deleted the old profile and set up a new one. Once
the POP3 account is configured the test settings option passes w/ flying
colors.

However, when I try to send an e-mail from Outlook, I get an undeliverable
e-mail msg lisitng the following error:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Ops.ppt
Sent: 7/20/2005 11:24 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 7/20/2005 11:25 AM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
