Problems configuring Outlook Express

I've recently attempted to set-up my Outlook, when I triend to sent a test to
another email these are the error codes I received.


The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'POP3', Server:
'www.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I tried deleting and changing the email account I was using by addig a new
identity, then deleting the old.

I would like to use Outlook express but not when this happens repeatedly.

Do you have a paid Yahoo Mail Plus account? This is the only account
offered by Yahoo that one can use Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail,
Thunderbird, or any other stand-alone email client with. Instructions for
