I am having problems with a user whose configuration is
very odd - and his signatures.
The user has his outlook set up so that when he replies to
an email it doesn't include the original message. He does
however like to have his signature on the bottom of his
mails.
The problem is, when he replies to the message, it seems
to wipe the original mail off, and also wipes off his
signature that is supposed to appear automatically. I
have applied most of the relevant office patches and
service packs, and this hasn't fixed it. The only way
around it at the moment is that I have set it up to use
Word as the email editor. Is there a way of fixing this
issues without having to use word? Or is this a bug of
some sort?
