problems connecting Project Professional to Project Server

Hi,

I am unable to connect Project Professonal 2003 to Project Server 2003. I
receive an error:

"Project Server error

The server returned an error while processing your request. The error could
be caused by one of the following:
The URL specified is not valid or is not a Project Server.
An internal server error occurred.
The server could not process your request.

Contact your server administrator."
Internet Explorer is set to work offline.

Well, I am the server admin and it really doesn't give me any more info to
work with! Nothing shows up in the event logs. Everything worked fine up
until recently when we got DNS on the box and started running https on it and
required PKI.

Suggestions? I have done the anon access tip on the dll file in the ISAPI
file, and also added it to the trusted sites to no avail. Using the IP
address or just server name doesn't work, either but that wouldn't be a good
solution for us, anyways because people around the country/world will be
given this URL.

I'm sorry- I noticed a typo when I reread this-- my IE is not set to work
offline, the error mentioned it.

The full error is as follows:

I believe we have fixed it... at least, the test connection is working. We
are working on uploading, etc now to see.

The problem was the PKI/client certs
