PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO ISP

All of a sudden my Outlook XP will no longer connect to
my road runner server via the modem. I can access the
internet, can get to my mail via road runner's web page,
but cannot send or receive anything through outlook. I
have done detect and repair and have reinstalled outlook
with original configuration. Any ideas?

Do you have a firewall running? Disable it and try again now. If it works
you'll need to update/reconfigure your firewall.
