Problems cutting and Pasting in Outlook Express,Warning message

Greetings.
I 've recently been getting this following warning message
when I try to cut and Paste something in an email letter.

MSIMN caused an exception 03H in module MSHTMLED.DLL at
017f:70f6cc3b.

The program advises me that it has performed an illegal

Does anyone know how to repair this?
