problems download office junk mail filter

I am having problems downloading the new Office Junk Mail filter.
It is suggested I disengage the virus and spy wear which I did to no avail.
I defraged and that did not help.
Could the Miscrosoft server be not working?

I tried a few days ago agian and I was successful.
I have to think it was the Microsoft download center that was busy.
Try it again, I would suggest.
