problems downloading clip art from MS web site

Hi all,
Thanks for your excellent help and advice in the past.
You've been able to answer all of my questions so far.

I used to be able to download clip art from the clips
online with no problem. All of a sudden, when I select my
items and download them, I get the open or save window.
When I select open, they no longer open up in a clip art
windows, and I can't find them anywhere on my system. I'm
using IE 6.0 and Word 2000.

Try flushing your cache in IE (Tools | Internet Options | General: Temporary
Internet files: Delete Files...).
