After trying to download graphics files (for up to 10 mins) from a particular
sender, I get an error message stating my mailbox is in use and the message
cannot be received. These files aren't huge-most under 1mb, and do not
contain any sort of malicious content. I am unable to receive any email
while trying to download these messages, and am ultimately forced to go onto
my ISP website, logon to the webmail account, and manually delete the message
in question. Curiously, I am able to download other graphics files (as large
or larger) from other senders. I am running XP Pro, Outlook, and PC-cillin
is my internet security product. My computer is a stand-alone, with a 3mbps
broadband connection. Before installing Outlook, I had the same problem with
Outlook Express, so apparently the issue is not specific to Outlook. I would
greatly appreciate any thoughts on this matter.
