problems downloading Office 2000

Betty Boop in Saginaw

I got a message stating one certain file did not down load (IIS 4.0) I
cannot use Photodraw and the server extensions did nto download. I cannot
get into the Install wizard and the whole install is wrong. Is my best bet to
uninstall and try again?
