Hello,
when I try to embed objects (I've tryed with Excel and
Visio using "Paste Special", "create from file" "create
new object") into word I get an object of write type, but
not embedded. I mean that if I click on it I get (on the
status toolbar the message "Double-click to Edit
Microsoft Visio Drowing". If I select (from the Options
menu) to see the "field codes" instead of objects this
does not work, I always see the picture. Moreover I have
set up autocaptions for Visio objects and if I add
objects using the "creatre from file" method, I get a
text box containing the autocaption.
I am using Windows XP, Word 2002 SP-2, Visio Professional
2002 SR-1.
In the document I already have embedded visio objects.
Any idea ??
Thanks,
Paolo
