I created an excel file 'workbook1' with fields PROJECT_NAME, LOCATION,
CEAR_REF_NU, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, LATDD, LONGDD and imported
(Open a new and blank access 2000 file, then File -> get external data
->Import) the 'workbook1' as access database 2000 file format and upto this
it worked fine. Now I want to export his newly created access 2000 file as
dBASE III to My Document and it says 'Field will not fit in records'. I did
this kind of coversion before using the same export procedure but never I
faced this problem. I tried with deleting some fields and keeping only 10
even 5 rows of data with uniform entry style but still receiving the same
massage. Does anyone has any idea why it could happen and how to fix this?
Thanks.
Regards.
