Problems exporting Issues list as template?

I need to move a PWA site to a new location (on same server). I do
this by exporting the site as a template (including content) and then
creating a site from the template at the new location.

When I do this I find out that the 3 built-in lists (Issues, Risks,
Deliverables) are blank (ie have no content). Other lists are fine.

Further investigaiton shows that if I try to export any of those 3
lists as a template the 'include content' is greayed out. It's
available as an option on any other list I want to export.

Why?
How can I export Issues,Risks,Deliverables as a template WITH their
content?

Hi Scubaal,

If you want to simply move the site from one place to another, you can do
that with "stsadm -o backup" and "stsadm -o restore". You can also save
your site as a template, by going to Site Settings --> Save Site as
Template.
