Problems following Office 2003 Installation

Following the upgrade installation of Office 2003 Upgrade,
I have not been able to open "Works". The message says I
need to reinstall the program in order to accept the
license agreement. "Works" came already installed on my
computer so I have no program to reinstall. Help, please.

Contact the manufacturer of your computer. Microsoft requires that any
software installed on computers come with the installation disk, AFAICR.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
