Problems formatting Pivot Chart

Hello,

I have created a very simple pivot chart (a bar chart)
that only has one serie. I formated the chart, with colors
and labels, but each time I refresh I loose all formats. I
have already been in the help, and I have the preserve
formatting option active, but I still keep loosing the
formats.

Can anybody help?
