Problems forwarding and cc-ing status reports

I have one user who cannot see status reports that he has been cc'ed on. He
also can't see any status reports that have been forwarded to him. His
"misc" status report view is empty.

I attempted to forward a status report that I had just completed a couple of
days ago to him. He received the notification email, clicked the link to go
to misc. status reports and there was nothing there. I had another user
attempt to send him one, and that one did not come through either, even
though he received the email.

Also, I had someone forward me a status report, and it worked fine. This
seems to be the only user with this problem.

Any thoughts?
